Test Architect - Call or Contact Center technology background.

This position is responsible for development and oversight of enterprise test architecture strategies and functions ensuring the highest quality delivery of our clients systems including; test strategy framework, technical test leadership, standardized test architecture(s) and associated methodologies and process architecture, test planning for strategic/complex initiatives, test automation strategy, end to end test strategy, and test environment strategy requirements.
Requirements: - Edify IVR legacy IVR platform - Any web based voice application using voice xml and understanding IVR technology application designs(menu, prompts, voice files, etc) - Chordiant Desktop which will be used as the call center service rep main application that will receive the VSS calls transferred in from the Verizon call routing in the cloud - Knowledge of CTI screen pops and utilization of IVR logic to pass data to Genesys call routing and CTI data screen pops - Knowledge of Call Center IVR metrics and reporting logic that will be in VSS application - Knowledge of end to end testing of front ended to backend host systems using web services or RPCs.

This position requires:
IT professional highly experienced in quality assurance methodology and practice with a track record of successful implementation in a complex technical and business environment.
Specialized expertise in establishing testing guidelines for complex cross- discipline programs, providing technical advice and counsel to technology and application development teams regarding the design and delivery of test strategies to accelerate products to production.
The keen ability to apply a business perspective, understanding business drivers and proposing test solutions to support the business needs.
Application design, development and architecture experience is highly desired.
Excellent communications ability for executive, business and IT audiences is required.
The Test Architect holds the following responsibilities:Master test plan development:
Overall scenario framework covering all test phases
Test execution strategy (phases, cycles)
Test scope determination (functionality & features to be tested)Test timeline & resourcing
Coordinates and manages overall test execution
Provides guidance and requirements on environment needs
Provides guidance and requirements on test data needs
Coordinates communication and testing activities across multiple platforms / systems when necessary for testing effort
Coordinates communication and testing activities related to unit test, UAT, and performance test
Leads regularly scheduled test team meetings
Assures testing is in compliance with Enterprise test standards
Works with the leads from the SDLC areas to assure sign off and coordination of test execution activities
Development of Testing Strategies and Methodologies
Identification and implementation of Continuous Improvement activities
