Business Analyst: Richmond VA / Altanta GA



Gather requirements for CallCenter Application Team.
Candidate must have experience working with multiple large scale projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of call center technology.
Must have a strong working knowledge with building USER CASEs
Must understand and have a strong knowledge of GUI design
Candidate must be understand data and how requirements are gathered , mapped and developed within a Healthcare provider. The candidate must understand the difference between provider, broker, and NASCO.
Prior Blue cross and Blue shield experience is a huge plus.
