Call Center engineer - Richmond VA
hands on experience on Siemens PBXs and using ART tables***must have*****
hands-on Siemens, Avaya and Genesys strategies and using list objects and Genesys CME.
This position is for a call center engineer. This person will need to be based in Richmond, VA and will need to require an understanding of call center operations and experienced contact centers use of technology. Knowledge of complex call routing and screen pop technology is also important. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, IT staff and management in responding to call center technology issues as well as participation in strategic planning and project work. This position requires the continued support of existing applications used today as well as participation in the definition and building of a new Genesys/Avaya routing applications. Other specific skilss and areas of expertise are: -Aspect ACD (3 years) -Cisco ICM Inbound routing design and scripting (2 yrs) -Reporting (Brio, Crystal, Hyperion) development and support (2 yrs)
